Board Chair/Executive Director

As Executive Director/co-founder, She oversee the organizational growth plan, with the intended impact of helping foster and at-risk youth transition successfully into adulthood. As a former foster child aging out of the system, She had limited resources and support. Luckily she was fortunate enough to have a positive role model who was a positive influence in my life and guided me in the right path while transiting from childhood into adulthood. Nichole has 15 years in human resources in nonprofit and 6 years on city funded projects in the human resources field. And currently working in human resources dealing with adults with disabilities with a supported living agency. and also own my own online retail clothing store. As time passed and speaking with current and former foster children we all had one thing in common, which was the lack of resources and support from our caretakers and peers in our community. She have always felt the need to do a little more.

My interest in¬†starting this program is a very personal. I was a teen mother at the age of 15. One of my closest teenage friend was a ward of the court I can relate to the struggles of being a young mother taking care of a child while handling you school and home responsibilities. I have also seen some of the trails that foster children go through with the homes they are placed into. Later into my adult life my son has had several friends in the foster system that didn’t like their situation and some not in the foster system that were not ideal for raising children. This company and what we represent is very dear to my heart.
I have been working in the accounting industry for the past seven I have been working in the AP/AR. I am currently pursuing my career further by working on obtaining my accounting degree. I handle all of our billing needs and purchases. Handling all balance of accounts. I also have four years prior experience as a HR Specialist. Taking care of terminations and new hire.
